Michael started his plumbing and heating career when he left school and undertook an apprenticeship with a local company, gaining theoretical and practical knowledge within the industry. Over the last 20 years he has gained a vast amount of experience and qualifications, always keeping an eye on the future with regards to new areas of the industry such as bio-fuel and ground source heating. In addition to this he is very aware of changes to the regulations and legislation, updating company procedures in accordance with this.
